Return & Refund Policy

At OFTN, we want you to love every piece you purchase. If something doesn’t feel right, we’re here to help.


Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made immediately after placing the order. However, the cancellation request may not be entertained if we have initiated the process of shipping them.

We do not accept cancellation/ return requests for intimate items such as bodysuits. However, replacement can be made if the customer establishes that the quality of product delivered is damaged accompanied with an unpacking video.


If you receive a product which is damaged, defective, not as shown in the picture or if any kind of fit issue:

  • You must raise a return/exchange request within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Please upload a clear picture of the damage/defect and the product with original tags during the return/exchange request.
  • Once verified, we will process your return/exchange promptly.

COD Advance Payment Clause

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, a mandatory advance payment of ₹300 is required.
This amount is non-refundable, regardless of whether the customer accepts or cancels the order.
The advance is charged to cover our shipping, handling, and logistics costs incurred at the time of dispatch.

An unpacking video is necessary to report a missing product in a shipment containing multiple products. Once that is submitted, The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision and if approved, will ship the missing product.

We are not responsible for any items incorrectly returned to us. If a customer sends the wrong product to our return address, we are not liable to send that item back, nor will a refund or exchange be processed for the incorrect item. It is solely the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the correct product is returned when initiating a return or exchange request.

Items bought in a sale at a discounted price would not be eligible for exchange/return on the basis of size/ fit issues, we can provide a refund for the same if damage is proven with an unpacking video and intimated within 24 hours of delivery.

Refund Policy

Once the returned product passes our quality check:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or Store credit (as per customer preference).
  • Refund processing may take 5–7 working days after quality check approval.

Items bought as Pre-Order cannot be cancelled as we place orders for the same on your request. Although we put all efforts towards timely delivery of products, Pre-ordered products might get delayed by 4-5 days if there is an issue with logistics.
